Information for St Catherine's/St Christopher Senior Portraits

Yearbook Selection: Please select your yearbook pose before the October 25 deadline. You must use the "Choose Yearbook Pose" feature on the ordering site. Simply placing an order does not set your yearbook image. If a pose is not selected by the deadline, the studio will choose one for you. Any changes requested after October 25 are not guaranteed and will incur a $40 fee to change. If the deadline has passed, you must call the studio to make a selection.

Proofs and Retouching: Proofs are unretouched and do not reflect final color correction or any retouching. All images selected for the yearbook or purchased in an order will be professionally retouched (unless indicated in the order selections). Standard retouching includes removing blemishes, smoothing skin tone, toning down shine, and minimizing under-eye circles. We do not remove freckles, birthmarks, or scars unless specifically requested in the order comments. Additional custom retouching is available for $40 per image.

Favorite your images: There is an option to favorite images on the proofing/ordering page, but we do not see your favorites. This is not how you select your yearbook photo.

Packages and A La Carte: Each package includes a set number of poses. You may use fewer than the allotted number, but using additional poses will incur a charge of $40 per extra image. A la carte items are available with or without a package. If you wish to order a specific image in multiple sizes, ensure you select the "Additional Print" option only after the first print or package of that same image has been added to your cart. You will be invoiced for any images in which you used the Additional Print option without first purchasing a Package or First Print and will need to contact the studio for payment before your prints are delivered.

Black & white and color portraits: Portraits are color by default. To receive prints in b&w, you must specify the image numbers and sizes in the order comments at checkout. While the website allows you to preview in b&w, it does not save that preference to your order automatically. Packages may contain a mix of black and white and color prints with exclusion of sets of wallets. You must indicate color/b&w preference by wallet set.

Web-Ready Files, Hi-Res Files: Web-ready files are intended for social media only and are not suitable for printing; high-res files should be ordered for print use.

Casual sessions: If you had a lifestyle session, those proofs are handled separately, and will appear in a separate gallery.

Delivery and Reshoots: Orders placed by October 25 will be delivered to the school before winter break. Orders placed after this date will likely be ready in February or later and must be picked up at our studio. If you are unsatisfied with your proofs, a reshoot may be scheduled for a $45 fee. Reshoots are typically held on Columbus Day or by appointment. If you choose a reshoot, your original images will remain available for selection.

Hand-Painted Portraits: Light oil portraits are traditional, custom hand-painted works of art. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks for these specialized items to be completed.
